Several crews or locations, every line forwarded to one desk.

2,500 inbound minutes a monthabout 830 to 1,250 calls

Overage is a price, not a plan change. When your minutes are used the line pauses until next month, unless you raise the cap in your dashboard. Past-allowance minutes are billed at your plan's rate, never above your cap, and we never move you to a bigger plan without asking.

The whole platform

At the top: EngageSuite360, the full platform

Every plan already runs on the EngageSuite360 CRM. At $997 your front desk becomes the whole platform — the receptionist, the Outbox and Campaigns, and agents that work the pipeline for you, all on one record. Bigger than that — several locations, your own agent workflows, a build to your spec — is AgentWorks, priced per engagement.

Included

Every plan includes

  • The full EngageSuite360 CRM — contacts, companies, deals, tasks, calendar and reports, shaped for your industry.
  • Your own number to forward to. Always, or only when you do not pick up. Nothing is ported.
  • An industry receptionist with a name, a face and your trade's vocabulary — one of 27.
  • One email per call with the one line written on the record.
  • No setup fee. The price on the card is the price.
  • Cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Your CRM data stays yours to export.

Add-ons: none to buy. The website receptionist — one line of script on your site, the same receptionist taking the same message onto the same record — is included in every plan, not sold separately.

In plain terms

What it will never do

This is the part other pricing pages leave out. On the Starter plans it takes the message — and only the message.

Never, on any Starter plan

  • Quotes a price or a range — even when the caller asks twice.
  • Confirms an appointment time. You are told you will call to set one.
  • Sends a text or an email to the caller.
  • Transfers the call, or pitches anything.

What it does instead

  • Tells callers what your listing would: what you do, where you are, when you are open.
  • Takes the name, the callback number and what they need, in your trade's words.
  • Reads the number back once and says you will call.
  • Writes the one line on the record and emails it to you. Texting, booking and recordings arrive with the AI Front Desk at $397.

Questions

Questions about billing

What does it cost?

From $49 a month for 250 minutes of answered calls. Most calls run two or three minutes, so that is roughly 80 to 120 calls. Bigger plans are $149 for 1,000 minutes and $299 for 2,500.

Is the trial real, or a demo?

Real. For 7 days your receptionist answers your actual calls. You enter a card to start; nothing is charged until day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Can the receptionist book jobs or give prices?

No. Your receptionist tells callers what you do, where you are and when you are open, and takes a message. Booking, quoting and texting are on the AI Front Desk plan ($397).

Do I keep my number?

Yes. You forward your existing line to the number we give you — always, or only when you do not pick up. Nothing is ported.

What happens when I use up my minutes?

Answering stops for the rest of the month, unless you set an overage cap. We never move you to a higher plan without asking.

What is NOT stored?

No recording is made and no transcript is kept on the Starter plans. The call becomes one sentence. If you want to hear the calls, that is the AI Front Desk plan.

What is in my CRM after a call?

A contact (or the existing one), the company if we can match the number, and one line on the record — for example: "Jeff called from (727) 555-1212 — needs an appointment to fix a hole in the roof." You also get one email per call with that line.

What CRM is this?

The full EngageSuite360 CRM: contacts, companies, deals, tasks, calendar and reports, with your industry's pipeline and vocabulary. Only the Communications section is reduced to a call log on the Starter plans.

Which phones and carriers work?

Any line that can forward calls. The how-it-works page lists the forwarding codes for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Landline (most), VoIP / office phone system, and most office phone systems have a forwarding setting. "Forward when no answer" is the usual choice: your phone still rings first.

What does the receptionist say when it answers?

It greets the caller with your business name, tells them what you do, where you are and when you are open, then takes the name, the callback number and what they need. It reads the number back once and says you will call back.

Which industries have a receptionist?

27, one per trade, each with a name, a voice and that trade's vocabulary: Healthcare, Legal, Construction, Dental, Real Estate, Accounting, Veterinary, Insurance, Fitness, Hospitality, Automotive, Beauty & Salon, Restaurant, Education, Consulting, Manufacturing, E-Commerce, Government, Travel, Logistics, Recruiting, Marketing Agency, Nonprofit, Property Management, IT Services, Financial Services, Home Services.

Can I move up to the AI Front Desk later?

Yes. Same number, same CRM, same receptionist. The AI Front Desk plans add recordings, transcripts, texting back and booking, from $397 a month.
